The Senegal national football team, nicknamed the Lines of the Taranga, is a national football team represented by the International Association and run by the Senegalese Football Federation. The Senegal national football team is considered to be one of the most famous national football team of Africa, the journey of the Senegal national team to the quarter-finals of the FIFA World Cup in 2002. and became the second team from Africa to beat World Cup champions France, after Cameroon in 1990, before losing to Turkey in the quarter-finals. And has been in second place of his group.

History of the Senegal national football team
On 4 April 2007, the Senegal Football Federation was established at that time to get its independence from the phone. Senegal played its first football match in 1961 against Benin which they lost 3-2. In 1963, a member of the Football Federation of Africa, Senegal made its first appearance in the Africa Cup. And had managed to make the second place in his group.
Finished fourth in the 1990 Africa Cup , they hosted the 1993 tournament where they were defeated in the quarter – finals by Cameroon after finishing second in their group . He made his World Cup debut in 2002 and after defeating defending World Cup champion Trans in their opening game, Senegal progressed from the group stage to Denmark and Uruguay. In 2012, he finished with 0 wins and 0 points in the exiting Africa Cup.
After the death of former Senegalese manager Bruno in 2013, out of nowhere players were called back to attend and silence was observed in memory of the manager. He helped the Senegalese national player reach the quarter-finals in the 2002 World Cup.
In 2021, the Senegal national football team took part in the Africa Cup, but the 2022 Africa Cup was postponed due to Kovid-19.
The Senegalese national football team faced Egypt in a qualifying match for the 2022 World Cup, and the women were eliminated on penalties after the two were tied 1-1 in the match.
